Integrated-Consultancy & Training (I-CAT) Packages
This "Get You started" package was designed for organisations that have a requirement to conduct Supportability Engineering but do not have the capability or experience to do so. Our personnel will start your project; including bid preparation, if necessary, and work together with your team.
Your team will gain experience and receive both formal and in-post training so that they have the capability to undertake the next project. I-CAT packages are tailored to meet the requirements of the individual client; they typically consist of packages of 1 to 30 days effort.

Small Project Support (SPS)
Aspîre SPS is designed to support the smaller project, where time, manpower and resource constraints are critical. The aim is to provide small packages of work that are affordable within the smaller local budget and which address a clearly defined project task. For example, SPS service packages may include any clearly defined package of work, typically of 5 to 25 days duration, that can be effectively contracted out. The work can be conducted on or off the client's premises.

Highly Integrated Support Planning (H-ISP)
The Aspîre H-ISP methodology is based on Systems Engineering principles and Project Management techniques and is facilitated by the Aspîre Project Management Environment Database (APME). The H-ISP approach is both efficient and effective; it results in a highly integrated Supportability Engineering programme that eliminates duplication of effort whilst giving the Support Manager a great deal of programme visibility and control. The result is simply a more cost effective Supportability Engineering programme and a highly integrated Support Solution.
