Aspîre has achieved the international standard for effective investment in people. The recognition was awarded by the West Midlands Quality Centre in December 2005. The standard sets out principles of good practice and we had to prove via independent assessment that we follow these principles in order to be recognised as an Investor in People (IIP).
Our reason for going through the IIP process was to bench-mark our internal culture, processes and methodologies relating to personnel management and business planning to ensure that our approach and methods represented best practice. Aspîre is truly a people-company with excellent staff retention rates and this was endorsed by the award of IIP status.
