At Aspire, we aim to kick out a mailshot at least once a month to a list of willing subscribers but we understand that people may be put off by the thought of being bombarding with marketing emails.

They do involve a little marketing, it’s true (we are a business after all) but mostly they contain discussions on subjects or issues in the support engineering environment. We want people talking about support as if it’s the hugely important subject that is, rather than the afterthought that it seems to have become.
